RIMOWA x Apple Vision Pro

Reimagining Craftsmanship in Spatial Computing

To translate RIMOWA’s legacy of precision and craftsmanship into spatial computing, I led the creative and experiential concept for a Vision Pro immersive experience. The goal was to express the tactile quality of luxury through digital form, creating an environment that invites users to not only view products, but feel the materiality and intent behind them.

This exploration framed spatial design as a language for brand storytelling, where interaction becomes a metaphor for craft, and every gesture reinforces RIMOWA’s dedication to clarity, quality, and detail.

Napster Spaces reimagines how creators and brands build a presence in the age of artificial intelligence. Like Wix for AI agents, the platform allows anyone to instantly launch an “AI space” a conversational, interactive version of their brand generated automatically by analyzing website metadata, visuals, and tone.

As Creative Director, I led the design vision, UX architecture, and creative storytelling for the product experience, transforming complex AI setup into a simple, emotionally engaging journey.

The result is an interface that makes publishing AI-powered agents feel human, expressive, and alive.

My Role

  • Defined the core narrative and creative direction for RIMOWA’s spatial experience.

  • Led visual language development, spatial layout design, and environment art direction.

  • Partnered with 3D and product teams to prototype real-time interactions optimized for Vision Pro.

  • Directed experience flow, ensuring utility and luxury coexisted in every decision.

Design Strategy

The project was built around three guiding principles:

1. Craftsmanship

Every object and gesture reinforces the precision of RIMOWA’s design language. Subtle lighting gradients mimic studio photography, while textures- brushed aluminum, translucent polycarbonate, leather accents are rendered with physical fidelity.

Users explore the space not through menus, but through movement and gaze. Craft is communicated through restraint — a design system that feels deliberate, slow, and confident.

2. Utility

The experience integrates product exploration with guided storytelling. Interactions are functional yet elegant — a user can rotate a suitcase to view details, toggle finishes, or open compartments to reveal construction insights.

A transparent UI overlays product details in 3D space, aligned with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines for visionOS to maintain clarity and presence.

3. Customization

Users can configure materials and colors in a 1:1 spatial environment. The customization flow mirrors a luxury retail ritual that is intentional, tactile, and deeply personal.

Each configuration is visualized as a bespoke composition, blending commerce and experience seamlessly.

Process

  1. Moodboard & Inspiration

  • Referenced RIMOWA’s architectural retail spaces, analog photography, and archival campaigns.

  • Drew from physical material studies like light diffusion, reflection, and tactile surfaces.

  • Studied luxury retail UX behaviors to replicate an elevated, minimal flow.

  1. Spatial Layout & Interaction Mapping

  • Defined focal points around key products, ensuring natural gaze interactions.

  • Designed the camera and user movement arcs for immersion without disorientation.

  • Prototyped transitions between product focus and brand storytelling vignettes.

  1. Cinematic Experience Design

  • Balanced utility (product visualization) with emotion (brand immersion).

  • Created a sound and lighting system that shifted subtly based on interaction state.

  • Framed transitions as “moments of craftsmanship” with slow fades, soft parallax, reflective surfaces.

Conclusion

Delivered a vision pro ready concept demonstrating how luxury can extend into spatial computing without losing its physical sensibility.

  • The framework became a reference prototype for immersive brand experiences within Infinite Reality’s spatial pipeline.

  • Achieved 95% satisfaction in internal testing, highlighting clarity, luxury feel, and immersion.
